No Access Notification/Service Fee

In the event that there is no accessible cleanout and all other access options have been exhausted, we will provide a letter which the customer may use for a repair request.

It sounds a little strange, we know. We've got over 20 years of experience installing, repairing and replacing sewers. We don't provide repair or replacement services because our job is to provide unbiased, expert  sewer inspections, not profit from diagnosing defects.

We provide sewer inspection and sewer line location services in the Wichita area. This includes lateral line inspections for lines that connect to septic and lagoon systems. We provide sewer cleaning services specifically for lines that we are attempting to inspect. 

We will explore every possible option to access lines that do not have a cleanout. If we are unable to gain access via alternate methods, we will provide a No Access Notification and gladly schedule a reinspection if a cleanout is installed or made accessible. 

No, we will not bid sewer repairs or replacements. We believe our customers deserve an impartial evaluation that they can trust, so we took ourselves out of the equation and do not have direct partnerships or contracts with any sewer repair or replacement providers.
